Abigail Brandon

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Abby is a pelvic health physiotherapist who loves helping women feel comfortable, confident and informed about their bodies. She knows that pelvic health concerns can feel personal or even a little awkward to talk about, so she makes sure every appointment feels relaxed, respectful and judgement-free.

Abby holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) from Queen’s University. She has a strong background in both pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and her particular passion is women’s pelvic health.

She works with women at every stage of life, from pregnancy and the early postpartum months through to the years beyond. Abby helps with pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and sexual pain, as well as supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Abby’s approach is warm, supportive and tailored to you. She takes the time to listen, explain what’s going on in plain language, and work with you on a plan that fits your life. Above all, she wants you to leave each appointment feeling heard, understanding your body a little better, and confident in the next steps.
