Kristy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Diabetes Educator with over 10 years of experience helping individuals optimise their health through evidence-based nutrition. She has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, and metabolic conditions, providing personalised nutrition support for a range of concerns, including fertility, gestational diabetes, insulin resistance, and hormonal health.

Kristy works closely with women and couples to improve pre-conception nutrition, pregnancy health, and diabetes management before and during pregnancy. She also provides guidance on PCOS, endometriosis, and male factor infertility, helping individuals navigate the impact of nutrition on reproductive and overall well-being. Additionally, she supports patients with weight management and metabolic conditions, empowering them with practical strategies for long-term health.

Having personally faced challenges with fertility and pregnancy, Kristy understands the emotional and physical complexities that can come with these journeys.
